When you know what prevents prospective buyers from considering your solution or why some influencers believe that your competition may have a better approach, then you know what you need to do reassure your buyers that your company and/or solution can achieve their expected results.

We want to hear the buyer talk about any internal resistance from another influencer or a prior experience with similar solutions that may be creating a negative perception of your product or company, accurate or not.
