When you know what prevents prospective buyers from considering your solution or why some influencers believe that your competition may have a better approach, then you know what you need to do to reassure your buyers that you can help them achieve their expected results.

We want to hear the buyer talk about any internal resistance from another influencer or a prior experience with similar solutions that may be creating a negative perception of your product or company, accurate or not.
